  • Educate staff on the causes and symptoms of repetitive strain disorder
  • Introduce body awareness and retraining in these at-risk areas: lower back, head, neck, shoulders, wrist, hands, knees, feet
  • Introduce workplace prevention techniques: reduction of strain causing habits, strain reducing exercises, workstation adjustments
